All MyPlanna products are printed to order in the UK.

Processing time

Please allow approximately 2–3 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for dispatch. During particularly busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

UK delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched and do not include production time.

Shipping costs

Standard UK Delivery: £4.99
Express UK Delivery: £6.99
FREE Standard UK Delivery on orders over £50.

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking & dispatch

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

Delivery dates are estimates and occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. As our products are made to order, we may not be able to change the delivery details once production or fulfilment has begun.
