We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Please be aware that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Many MyPlanna products are produced to order. Product details, dimensions and specifications are provided on the relevant product page.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or product information error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.
Please check your order and delivery information carefully before completing your purchase.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your order.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
Production, shipping and delivery
Our products may be produced specifically after an order is placed, so production time applies before dispatch.
Estimated production times, delivery options and shipping charges are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Faulty or incorrect products
